For people consultants already listen to

We turn a consultant's service into software their clients pay for monthly.

Not their admin. The service itself: what a consultant does for every client runs as a product their clients log into and pay for each month. Built one week at a time, in the consultant's own accounts, €4,990 a week.

You run a programme for them, coach them, position them or sell to them.

Where consultants stall

You get consultants to package what they know into an offer and stop selling hours. Then the offer sits on a slide, because delivering it still means the consultant at the keyboard for every client. So they hire, and now they manage. Or they build something in Zapier that works in their hands and breaks at the next client.

The missing step is the product. Your work turns their expertise into an offer. Ours turns the offer into software that runs it for every client.

Two examples

Six of these in the last year, across recruitment, real estate, executive scheduling, scientific research and our own lead generation. One consultancy has bought forty weeks, one at a time.

Our own business

A lead-generation agency

Before: ten clients at €2,000 a month, all done by hand.

After: the service runs as software; same revenue, a fraction of the time, no cap at ten. They then sold the same software self-serve at €500 a month. It became a second business, SignalsAPI.

Client

A CRM consultant for German estate agencies

Before: a one-off setup fee per agency, and a home-made automation that broke at the second agency.

After: rebuilt properly, and every agency pays him monthly.

“Now I can ask for a new feature and it just works. That's how I know the foundation is right.”

How it works for a consultant

Three steps, and the consultant decides at every one of them.

1

A twenty-minute call

They show what they do for clients and anything they've built. We say what's possible and what we'd advise against. No document to write.

2

One week

What week one delivers is in writing before we start. A week later: working software and a recorded walkthrough.

3

Their call

They say what to change; we build the next piece. Stop after any week, no notice. It was in their accounts from day one.

€4,990 a week, everything included

Setup, hosting, testing, documentation, the walkthrough. One consultant's first working system took nine weeks.

Some calls end with “don't build this”

Two clients and no process yet, someone who wants a website or a funnel, a firm with its own tech team. We say so, and we tell you why.

How we work with you

Three ways. The first costs you a sentence.

Recommend us when it fits

A line from you when a consultant asks who builds it. We take it from there and tell you what happened.

A share, if you want one: ten percent of what the consultant pays us, for as long as they keep buying. Many people who advise consultants prefer none. Either is fine.

Put the build inside your programme

Your programme ends with the product running, not a plan. We take a week per consultant where you hand them the offer.

You price the programme; the build is €4,990 a week from us, and your share is agreed before the first cohort.

Run a session with your group

Forty-five minutes online. Each consultant brings what they do for clients and leaves knowing what it would look like as software, what week one would be, and what we'd advise against.

Free.

What we won't do

Coach, position, price or market anyone

We don't, and we won't start.

Contact anyone in your programme or community

Never without an introduction from you.

Rewrite the plan a consultant arrives with

We build what it needs, a week at a time.

Who we are

Deal Baker Ltd, a software engineering company registered in England and Wales, Companies House 14906367. You'll deal with Mykola Vorobiov, twenty-five years in software, on every call. He built the AI agents that do the engineering; we test, document and host what they build before a consultant sees it.

Talk to us

Bring one consultant in mind, or just the programme. Twenty minutes, and nothing is decided on the call.
